ADVERTISED PRICES
All Prices are Inclusive of Australian GST
All Prices for Trailers Exclude On Road & Registration Costs (Consult your Local State Authority to Register a Light Weight Trailer)

Trailer Orders INCLUDE Delivery to Metropolitan Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide (including Accessories purchased with Trailer)
Accessory Only Orders do NOT include Delivery (no Trailer ordered)
Regional Towns & Suburbs will be charged an extra surcharge amount for delivery, from $50 to $150 depending on location in Australia

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Carlex Easy Trailer will advise lead time of your order with a confirmation email

PAYMENT
Payment is not Processed until we receive your confirmation to proceed with the Order.
All Confirmed & Approved by Customer Orders require Full Payment prior to Dispatch of Goods. See payment options at the Checkout.

PRODUCT DELIVERY
- All Products are delivered to your Door in Flat Pack. Simple Assembly is Required.
- The Transport Company will Contact You to arrange Delivery Time Slot with you.
- Goods Must be Signed for & an Authorised person receiving delivery must be present to assist the Driver with Un-Loading.
- Please Allow up to 21 Days to Deliver your Order (Confirmed Stock Orders Only)
- You can SUBMIT your Order with a REQUEST TO QUOTE DELIVERY to Carlex Easy Trailer.
- Carlex Easy Trailer will Confirm the Delivery Charge & Confirm your Total Order Amount before we process your Payment.

PRODUCT WARRANTY
- All products are covered by a 12 Month Limited Parts Replacement Warranty
- Should you have any Warranty Claim, please contact Carlex Easy Trailer on 1300 881 787 or email help@easytrailer.com.au with some Photos.
- Warranty & Liability is void if the Product is Modified in any way from standard issue by the manufacturer.

RESPONSIBILITY
- Carlex Easy Trailer will not be liable for any Storage, Return Freight, Re-Delivery, of any Order Delivery in the event that a Customer is not present during the delivery.
- Carlex Easy Trailer will not be liable for any refund or return of goods purchased, without specific written approval from Carlex Pty Ltd, that do not suit your application &/or the application exceeds the capability of the products.

REGISTRATION
It is the Customers responisbility to Register their Trailer in their State.
Please contact your Local Authority to apply for Registration.

Depending on the Progress of your Order, the following Cancellation Fees will apply:
- $50 Cancellation Fee
- Delivery Fee & Return Freight Fee will be Charged
- 15% Re-Stocking Fee
